The Don Juan Cave takes place in a spectacular geological landscape where you can observe all kinds of stalactites, stalagmites, columns, flags, washes.
An excursion of one and a half hours, where you will discover the peculiar formations of this karst area. In addition, it is a place steeped in history and inhabited by man since the Mesolithic 8000 BC and which during the Middle Ages served as a refuge for treasures and struggles between Christians and Muslims.
We will pick you up at your hotel in Valencia at the agreed time and we will take the road to Jalance, a town in the Valencian community, to visit the Don Juan cave, a natural site 660 meters above sea level in the Sierra del Boquerón.
Before reaching this wonderful enclave, we will stop at the viewpoints adapted to enjoy the breathtaking views of a natural and beautiful environment bordered by the Jucar River.
We will continue our journey in the direction of Cofrentes until we reach the pier for a boat trip along the Jucar River, we can admire the Molino de la Chorrera waterfall, an authentic spectacle of nature that is worth visiting.
At the end, we went to the town to tour its historic center, decorated in its streets with ceramic panels that form part of the Moorish Route in these municipalities around 1609, with the Cueva de Don Juan being the protagonist of one of these panels.
We can walk around the Church, the Castle and enjoy great viewpoints.
